Parking   There are a variety of parking options within the Downtown area and around Washington St.  Both parking garages, 1 on Mechanic Street, and 1 on S. George St. have free parking on Saturday and Sunday.  There is also parking available around the Canal Place area....watch for all of the parking directional signs in Downtown Cumberland.  Surrounding Washington Street there is plenty of on-street parking which also is free on Saturday. The Youth Groups of First Presbyterian Church and St. Paul's Lutheran Church each run a fundraising parking project on their close by lots, each featuring many handicapped accessible spots.

Shuttle    There is a free shuttle bus sponsored by Hunter Douglas carrying passengers throughout the festival areas.  Three centrally located drop-off and pick-up spots are available - one at Canal Place "in front of the Mule", 1 spot at the intersection of Mechanic Street and Baltimore St. in downtown and 1 spot at the intersection of Washington Street and Smallwood Street.  The shuttle will complete a loop approximately every 45 minutes.
